Network18 has assigned voting rights on its 24.5% stake in Eenadu Television Private Limited to Eenadu's promoter, causing ETPL to cease as an associate.

Though ETPL contributed 32.61% to Network18’s consolidated net worth as of March 31, 2025, the company will continue to hold the economic interest and fair value this investment, so consolidated net worth remains unaffected.

This move aligns with the Viacom18 and Star India entertainment business combination.
