Simran Farms Limited has announced a demat confirmation certificate for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Ankit Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. The certificate confirms that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter were processed and listed on the stock exchanges where the company's existing securities trade.

Security certificates received were then mutilated and cancelled after verification, and the depositories' names were updated as registered owners in the share register within 15 days.

This ensures smooth shareholding records and compliance with depository norms.
