Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointments of Mr. Nikunj Prakashbhai Mistry as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Mr. Ketan Shantilal Sadhu as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Mistry brings over 2 years of experience in corporate compliance and secretarial duties, while Mr. Sadhu has more than 15 years of expertise in finance, audit, taxation, and legal matters.

Both appointments strengthen the company’s key managerial team and support improved corporate governance and financial management.
