Company Update

Dipna Pharmachem Limited has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2025. The company reported total revenue of Rs. 34.31 Cr with a profit before tax of Rs. 1.42 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 0.97 Cr for the half-year.

Shareholders’ funds stood at Rs. 38.49 Cr.

The board also appointed M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25 and M/s. B S Jain & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
