Record Date

Usha Martin Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ending March 2025. The record date for determining shareholders eligible for the dividend payout, subject to approval at the 39th AGM, is fixed as July 31, 2025. The AGM will be held on August 7, 2025, via video conferencing.
