Krishna Filament Industries has announced a certificate from its Registrar and Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd., confirming that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter have been processed—accepted or rejected—and listed on stock exchanges where existing securities trade.

The corresponding physical certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled, with the depositories recorded as registered owners in the share register within required timelines.

This ensures shareholders’ holdings are updated correctly in electronic form, supporting smooth trading and ownership transparency.
