Sashwat Technocrats Limited has announced a certificate confirmation from Purva Share Registry stating that all security certificates received for dematerialisation during the quarter were verified, accepted or rejected, and duly processed within prescribed timelines.

The dematerialised shares have been updated in the register of members with depositories as registered owners.

For this quarter, no shares were dematerialised.

This confirms smooth securities handling and compliance, ensuring shareholders’ records are accurately maintained.
