Shreyas Intermediates Limited has announced a Postal Ballot seeking shareholder approval to regularise the appointment of Mr. Nareshkumar Ramawatar Swami as Whole-time Director for five years from April 28, 2025. This follows the unfortunate demise of the former Whole-time Director, Mr. Surya Prakash Pandey.

Mr. Swami, with over 25 years of industry experience in dyes and pigmentation, will receive a monthly basic salary of ₹60,000 plus standard perquisites and performance incentives as approved by the Board.

The company emphasizes his leadership qualities and expects his appointment to support its long-term objectives.
