Boston Bio Systems Limited has announced a board meeting outcome where Mr. Vishnubhai Mohanbhai Desai resigned as Managing Director.

Mr. Ghanshyam Dhananjay Gavali’s designation was changed from Executive Director to Managing Director.

Mr. Gavali holds a Master’s degree in Finance and has diverse experience across fields.

Following these changes, the company reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee with updated memberships, including Mr. Gavali as a member in multiple committees.
