Godha Cabcon & Insulation Limited has announced a board meeting on July 8, 2025, approving the reconstitution of its key board committees.

The Audit Committee is now chaired by Mr. Swami Dhanrajpuri Jayendrapuri, with Mrs. Rupinder Manjotsingh Oberoi and Mr. Brijeshkumar Prahladbhai Patel as members.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is chaired by Mr. Patel, with Mr. Jayendrapuri and Mrs. Oberoi as members.

Similarly, the Stakeholders Relationship Committee is chaired by Mr. Patel, with the other two as members.
