Tamilnad Mercantile Bank has announced a board meeting on July 8, 2025, approving the 103rd AGM scheduled for August 8, 2025, via video conferencing.

The register of members will be closed from August 2 to August 8, 2025, to finalize shareholders for the AGM and final dividend payment.

The record date for dividend eligibility is August 1, 2025. Final dividend payout, subject to shareholders’ approval, will start on or after August 9, 2025.
