Valor Estate Limited has announced a record date for its demerger.

Shareholders holding equity shares as of the record date will receive 1 fully paid equity share of the new Resulting Company for every 10 shares held in Valor Estate.

These new shares are planned to be listed on BSE and NSE.

This action enables shareholders to gain equity in the newly formed entity as part of the corporate restructuring.
