Minaxi Textiles has announced a board meeting on which appointed Ms. Ghanchi Benjir Asgarali as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective July 9, 2025. Ms. Ghanchi holds an MBA from IGNOU, B.Com and M.Com from Gujarat University, and is pursuing CS Final.

She brings over 10 years of experience in accounts, audit, and taxation, with expertise in audit scheduling, financial reporting, and proficiency in Tally ERP and tax software.

She is not related to any company director.

This leadership addition strengthens the company’s financial management.
