Minaxi Textiles Limited has announced a board meeting to approve modifications in its Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI). The amendments refine definitions around insiders, connected persons, legitimate purposes for sharing UPSI, and clarify the handling, disclosure, and confidentiality protocols related to sensitive information.

The Compliance Officer will act as the Chief Investor Relations Officer to oversee these disclosures.
