South West Pinnacle Exploration Ltd has announced a board meeting on its investment in Alara Resources Ltd (ARL), an Australian mining company focused on copper, zinc, silver, and gold in the Middle East, particularly Oman.

SWPE is subscribing to 1.25 crore shares in ARL at AUD 0.04 per share for AUD 5 lakh (INR ~2.80 Cr), gaining a 1.56% stake.

This investment aligns with SWPE’s existing joint ventures with ARL’s subsidiary in Oman, aiming to strengthen operational synergies and expand its exploration footprint in the region.
