Metal Coatings (India) Limited has announced a compliance certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, confirming that all securities received for dematerialisation in the recent quarter were processed timely.

This includes acceptance or rejection of demat requests, cancellation of physical certificates, and updating the register with depository names as owners.

This ensures shareholders’ holdings are accurately recorded and dematerialised shares are listed properly, enhancing transparency and ease of trading for investors.
