Record Date

GOCL Corporation has announced a board meeting on July 25, 2025, with the record date set the same day for entitlement to a final dividend of Rs. 10 per share (500%) for FY 2024-25. The register of members will be closed from July 26 to August 1, 2025. Dividend payments, subject to tax deduction, will be credited within 30 days of shareholder approval at the AGM.
