Ador Multiproducts Limited’s committee of Independent Directors has shared views on an open offer by Mr. Arvinder Singh Pasricha, Mrs. Aman Pasricha Balsara, Ms. Zinnia Pasricha, and Thrive Future Habitats Infra Pvt Ltd, along with Mr. Tushar Rohinton Balsara, to acquire 26% of the company’s expanded share capital at INR 31.41 per share.
