The company reported strong FY25 financial performance with standalone revenue growth of 18.97% to ₹237.8 Cr and PAT up 23.75% to ₹26.9 Cr.
EBITDA margin stood at 19%, with return on equity at 15%. Key highlights include successful IPO listing in September 2024 (211x oversubscribed), a new high-tensile fasteners plant commissioned near Chennai, and ongoing capacity expansions.
Corporate actions include re-appointment and remuneration approvals of key executives with up to 20% annual increments till 2028. The company has paid fines related to delayed NRC committee constitution and fully settled them.
The patent infringement suit by Nord-Lock remains pending.
ESG efforts include rooftop solar installation and ₹4.18 Mn spent on CSR focused on education, healthcare, and rural sports.
