The company received a compliance certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd., confirming that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter were processed and listed on stock exchanges.

All dematerialized shares have been verified, mutilated, and canceled where applicable, with no requests for rematerialization received.
