Ashnisha Industries Limited has announced a board meeting for the appointment of Mr. Chintan K. Patel as the Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Patel is a practicing company secretary with extensive experience in secretarial audits and governance for listed and unlisted companies, holding a peer review certificate from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
