Veekayem Fashion and Apparels Limited has announced a board meeting.

The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Veekayem Retail Private Limited, with an authorized capital of ₹5 lakh.

This new entity will operate in garments and fashion accessories, targeting both leather and non-leather lifestyle products for men and women.

The subsidiary has yet to commence business operations.

This move aims to expand Veekayem's retail footprint in the apparel and lifestyle segment.
