HCL Infosystems has announced that a long-pending legal complaint related to retail price declarations on pre-packed packages has been disposed of after the company paid a fine of INR 3.77 lakh.

The case involved some current and former directors and employees but carries no financial impact on the company’s operations or results.

This closure removes an overhang from legacy compliance issues.
