Ltd., its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming that all securities submitted for dematerialisation during the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were processed and accepted or rejected within prescribed timelines.

The related share certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled, with ownership transferred to depositories in the company’s register.

This ensures the seamless maintenance and updating of the shareholder records, supporting transparent and efficient shareholding management for investors.
