Axis Bank has allotted 118,404 equity shares of Rs. 2 each under its ESOP/RSU scheme.

This increased the paid-up share capital marginally to Rs. 6,202,939,068 with total equity shares now at 3,101,469,534. This reflects employee stock option exercise with no significant impact on promoter holding or major fund inflow.
