It recorded ₹12,126 Cr in sales, up 300% YoY, with collections rising 55% to ₹4,523 Cr.

Sales volume grew 234% to 9.55 mn sq ft.

Completed 5.45 mn sq ft, including first Mumbai deliveries, signaling strong execution.

Office leasing stood at 1.21 mn sq ft with 93.7% occupancy, and retail malls saw 98.9% occupancy with ₹590 Cr turnover.

The company is progressing on its hospitality platform to unlock long-term value.
