Yash Trading and Finance Limited has announced a board meeting outcome confirming the allotment of 70 lakh equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 12 each to 23 non-promoter investors, raising total subscription money of Rs. 8.4 Cr.

The Board has taken on record all associated approvals and auditor certificates, and authorized the Managing Director and other officials to complete listing formalities with the stock exchange and regulatory filings.

This capital infusion strengthens the company’s equity base and supports its ongoing business activities.
