Thakkers Group Limited has submitted a certificate from its Registrar and Transfer Agent confirming that all security certificates received for dematerialisation during the April–June quarter, 2025 were processed—either accepted or rejected—in line with prescribed timelines.

The certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification, and the depositories' names replaced the shareholders in the register.

No shares were dematerialised in this period.

This update reaffirms the company’s smooth compliance with share transfer and dematerialisation processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy in its shareholder records.
