Dhanlaxmi Cotex Ltd has announced a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., confirming that all securities received for dematerialization up to the quarter-end have been processed—accepted or rejected—and the corresponding securities have been listed on the stock exchange.

Share certificates have been duly verified, mutilated, and cancelled, with ownership records updated in the register within 15 days.

This ensures smooth and compliant demat operations, maintaining clarity and accuracy for shareholders’ holdings.
