Company Update

Pecos Hotels and Pubs Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled, along with the Directors’ Report for FY 2024-25. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share on equity shares.

Phillipos & Co. has been re-appointed as the statutory auditor for a second five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Pramil Dev has been re-appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and Mr. U. Jayanth Kini as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The board also took on record the internal and secretarial audit reports for the year ended March 2025.
