Nagarjuna Agri-Tech Limited has received a confirmation certificate from its registrar and share transfer agent, XL Softech Systems Ltd., verifying that all securities submitted for dematerialization during the quarter were processed and confirmed with the depositories.

The physical share certificates were duly mutilated and cancelled after verification, and ownership records have been updated to reflect the depositories as registered owners within 30 days.

This ensures seamless electronic settlement of shares, enhancing transparency and convenience for shareholders.
