Mr. Kishore Vithaldas Shah resigned as Chief Financial Officer but will continue as Whole Time Director.

Mr. Kaushik Rathod has been appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, bringing over 10 years of experience in accounts, audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Amita Parmar has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, succeeding Ms. Kruppa Gandhi, who resigned due to other professional commitments.

These leadership changes aim to strengthen the company’s financial and compliance functions.
