Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited has announced a board meeting.

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal partially overturned a previous order directing the replacement of the Resolution Professional (RP) involved in its insolvency process, allowing the current RP to continue pending assignments but prohibiting new ones.

The Tribunal directed the Adjudicating Authority to proceed with the plan approval hearing promptly.

This development clears a key procedural hurdle in the company’s ongoing insolvency resolution.
