NIIT Learning Systems’ wholly owned subsidiary NIIT (Ireland) Limited has acquired 100% stake in Germany-based MST Investment Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries for EUR 22.37 million (approx. ₹190 Cr). MST is a leader in managed learning services across the DACH region, serving the automotive, industrial, and energy sectors with marquee clients.

This deal accelerates NIIT’s geographic expansion into Europe’s fastest-growing market, enhances its service portfolio with QuickStart Learning Academy, and adds Hungary as a nearshore multilingual service hub—all supporting growth in strategic customer segments and boosting onsite capabilities.
