Indosolar Limited’s promoter, Waaree Energies Limited, has announced a board meeting.

Waaree Energies plans to sell up to 10 lakh shares (2.4% of total paid-up capital) via an Offer for Sale (OFS) on stock exchanges at a floor price of Rs 265 per share.

The OFS spans two trading days with non-retail investors bidding first, followed by retail investors and carried forward non-retail bids.

Up to 10% of shares are reserved for retail investors, with a 25% portion earmarked for mutual funds and insurance companies.
