Teamo Productions HQ Limited has announced a board meeting to approve key appointments and capital raising plans.

M/s Shubhangi Agarwal & Associates will continue as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and M/s G Mansi & Associates is appointed Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The company plans to raise up to Rs. 300 Cr through various instruments including Rights Issue, QIP, FCCB, and preferential allotment to accelerate growth.

Book closure is scheduled for August to facilitate the 19th Annual General Meeting.
