Orient Beverages has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Niche Technologies, confirmed that securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were verified, mutilated, and cancelled, with the depository’s name substituted as the registered owner in the company’s records.

These dematerialised securities continue to be listed on the stock exchanges where the original securities were listed.

This update ensures smooth securities handling and reflects ongoing compliance with shareholding records.
