Ambar Protein has announced a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, verifying that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were processed—either accepted or rejected—and the corresponding certificates were cancelled after due verification.

The securities have been listed on the stock exchanges where existing shares are traded, and the depositories’ names have been updated in the register of members within prescribed timelines.

This ensures smooth shareholding record maintenance and supports investor confidence.
