Aimco Pesticides Limited has announced a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, verifying that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed—accepted or rejected—and listed on the relevant stock exchanges.

The security certificates were duly mutilated and cancelled after verification, and the depositories’ names have been updated in the register of members within prescribed timelines.

This ensures smooth and compliant handling of the company’s shareholding records, supporting transparent shareholder management.
