Shukra Bullions Limited has submitted a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., confirming that all securities received for dematerialization up to the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were processed and updated in the depository system.

The physical certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled, with ownership records duly updated within 15 days.
