Winro Commercial (India) Ltd. has completed its acquisition of 10,13,500 equity shares of HDB Financial Services Limited through subscription in the Anchor category of the IPO, investing Rs. 74.99 Cr at Rs. 740 per share.

The shares have been credited to Winro’s demat account, marking the finalization of this strategic investment.

This move strengthens Winro’s stake in HDB Financial Services, potentially enhancing its financial portfolio and exposure to the financial services sector.
