Indokem Limited has announced a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, verifying that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed—either accepted or rejected—and the corresponding certificates were cancelled after verification.

The securities are now listed on the stock exchanges where existing shares trade, and the depositories’ names have been updated in the company’s register of members.

This ensures smooth shareholding records and supports seamless trading for shareholders.
