Trust Fintech Limited has clarified that its consolidated financial results for FY 2024-25 include the first-year operations of its newly acquired subsidiary, TFL Tech Inc, USA, incorporated in May 2024. Since this is the initial consolidation, no comparative figures for the previous year are presented, in line with accounting standards.
