Artefact Projects Ltd. has submitted a confirmation certificate from its registrar and transfer agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd., confirming that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed—either accepted or rejected—and the corresponding certificates were cancelled after verification.

The dematerialised securities have been listed on the stock exchanges where the company’s existing securities trade.

This update ensures smooth handling of share transfers and reflects ongoing compliance with shareholding records, supporting transparent ownership for shareholders.
