Ganon Products Limited has announced a board meeting on 10th July 2025, appointing M/s. Vijay Darji and Associates as its new statutory auditor for five consecutive financial years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval.

The firm, established in 1998 and based in Mumbai, offers comprehensive auditing, accounting, and tax services with over 25 years of experience.

This change follows a casual vacancy created by the resignation of the previous auditor, M/s. L K J And Associates LLP.

The appointment aims to ensure continued compliance and robust financial oversight.
