Agarwal Fortune India Limited has announced a board meeting on the appointment of Mrs. Pooja Dangayach as an Independent Director for a five-year term.

She is a Commerce graduate with around five years of experience in finance, taxation, and accounting from a Chartered Accountancy firm in Jaipur.

Mrs. Dangayach will serve as a non-executive woman director and is not related to any existing directors or key managerial personnel.

She holds no directorships or committee memberships in other listed companies and has confirmed she is not debarred from holding a director position by any authority.
