SAR Auto Products has announced a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd, verifying that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed—either accepted or rejected—and listed on the stock exchanges where existing securities trade.

The related physical certificates were duly mutilated and cancelled, and the depositories’ names have been updated in the register of members within prescribed timelines.

This ensures smooth securities handling and accurate shareholder records, supporting transparent ownership and trading for investors.
