Shikhar Consultants Ltd has submitted a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd, confirming the processing of physical share certificates received for dematerialisation during the quarter.

The certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled after due diligence, and the corresponding securities were updated in the depository records within prescribed timelines.

This ensures seamless electronic holding of shares, improving transparency and ease of trading for shareholders.
