Kamat Hotels has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company has signed an agreement to manage and operate its second luxury hotel in Rishikesh under the Orchid brand, marking its third property in Uttarakhand.

The new hotel will offer 44 rooms, a banquet hall, swimming pool, conference facilities, and a 24-hour restaurant, targeting both corporate and leisure segments.

The property is expected to be operational by December 2026, strengthening Kamat Hotels’ presence in the growing Uttarakhand hospitality market.
