RCC Cements Limited has announced a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MAS Services Limited, confirming timely processing of securities dematerialization requests for the quarter.

All securities received from Depository Participants between April and June 2025 were accepted or rejected within 15 days, with physical certificates mutilated and ownership updated in the register and to stock exchanges accordingly.

This ensures smooth and compliant handling of share transfers, supporting efficient shareholder record management.
